Work incuded large chimney removal, install steel support, ceiling & wall re plastering, replacing rotten joists, new floor tiling, Installing new boiler and re locating, Complete kitchen re fit & wall tiling.

Work incuded removal and re location of water tank, removal of shower & shower cubicle, ceiling & wall re plastering, replacing rotten joists, new tiled Fired Earth flooring, complete bathroom re fit & wall tiling.
In addition to the bathroom the client also had an outside toilet & brick storage room converted in to a downstairs shower room.
Kitchen Extension....
On this project we built an kithen/ diner extension to the side of the existing propery, We then fitted the complete kitchen. Sorry no before pics.
Hallway renovation before.......
Log Burner Installation ......
This client originally had a plain white plastered fireplace, we removed the plastered from the back of the fireplaced exposing the original brick we then installed the log burner and flue. The customer wanted a feature fireplace that gave the wow factor so we tiled the front of the chimney with decrotive tiles and installed a wood shelf made from reclaimed wood.
Hallway renovation after.......
Yeap this is the same hall! Here we had to replace the original floorboards, we layed a floor suitable to tile onto, we then layed replica victorian tiles throuout the hall, We changed the radiator and re plastered the walls, ceiling and we restored the archway.
